Scooter, bike and self-drive car rental in Ujjain

Scooter and bike rental

  1. Ujjain region only. Scooters and bikes are for use within the Ujjain region. For trips outside Ujjain (Omkareshwar, Indore and so on), check with us on WhatsApp before booking; riding outside without our OK is charged extra.
  2. 50 km a day included. Up to 50 km per day is included. Every extra km is charged at ₹2 per km.
  3. Full-day rent, return by 8:30 PM. Whatever time you pick up the vehicle, the full day's rent applies, and it must be returned by 8:30 PM the same day. Keeping it overnight is charged extra; please discuss it with us when booking.
  4. Helmet. Wear a helmet at all times while riding. Ask us if you need one.

Self-drive car

  1. Tell us your route. Tell us where you plan to drive when you book. Trips outside Ujjain, like Omkareshwar or Indore, are fine once we have confirmed them.
  2. Kilometres and return time. The km included, the rate for extra km and the return time are agreed when you book and written on your rental form.
  3. Seat belts. Everyone in the car must wear a seat belt, and the car must not carry more people than its seats.

For all rentals

  1. Licence and ID. You must be 18 or older with a valid driving licence for the vehicle (two-wheeler or car). Show your original licence and a government photo ID at pickup. Only the person named on the rental form may drive.
  2. Check the vehicle first. Check the vehicle with us at pickup and take a video or photos of it. Any existing marks are noted on the rental form.
  3. Petrol. Petrol is not included in the rent; you pay for fuel. There is no refund for petrol left in the tank.
  4. Late return and extension. Return the vehicle on time. Late returns are charged extra. Want it longer? Message us before your return time; extensions depend on availability and current rates.
  5. Return it at our office. Return the vehicle at our office in Freeganj, Ujjain, in the same condition you got it. If we have to collect it from somewhere else, a pickup charge applies. A very dirty vehicle is charged for washing.
  6. Damage. You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental. Any damage is charged at the cost of repair with genuine parts. In case of an accident, tell us immediately.
  7. Major accident and insurance. An insurance claim is made only for a major accident. You then pay the rent for the days until the vehicle is back on the road, plus any cost the insurance does not cover.
  8. Lost keys or theft. If the keys are lost, you pay for a new key or lock set. Report a lost key or theft to us immediately; the vehicle stays your responsibility until our team reaches it.
  9. Traffic rules and fines. Follow all traffic rules. Any challan or fine for the rental period is paid by you, even if it reaches us later.
  10. No alcohol or drugs. Never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you do, you pay for all damage and EazTrav is not liable for any consequences.
  11. Your belongings. We are not responsible for anything left in the vehicle.
  12. Your risk. You accept the risks of riding or driving the vehicle. All disputes are subject to Ujjain jurisdiction.

At pickup you sign our rental form, confirming you received the vehicle in good condition and agree to these terms. Questions? Contact us
